1. Who This Policy Applies To
Senders: Our customers who provide Recipient details. Recipients: Individuals who receive parcels via our lockers.
2. Information We Collect
Sender account details (name, email, phone, business registration, address, ID); Recipient details from Sender (email, phone); transaction details (parcel ID, locker location, collection time); technical/usage data.
3. Purpose of Processing
To notify Recipients of delivery and enable collection; verify Sender identity and manage accounts; maintain security and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations.
4. Sender’s Responsibility
Senders must ensure they have Recipient consent or another lawful basis before sharing Recipient data with us.
5. Sharing of Data
We may share limited data with couriers/partners, service providers (IT, SMS/email, payments), and authorities if legally required. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Sender account data retained while active and after deactivation if legally required. Recipient data retained after collection as determined by AsteroidGY unless deletion is requested.
7. Security
Collection codes are securely generated. We are not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse of codes once issued. Senders remain responsible for safe handling of Recipient details.
8. Recipient Rights
Recipients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data; in most cases direct requests to the Sender. We will cooperate as required by law.
9. Cookies & Tracking
Our site may use cookies for analytics and service improvements. Users can manage cookies via browser settings.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Continued use by Senders after updates indicates acceptance.
